AI Workshops

They are one of our bases to start working on an AI project. An AI Workshop consists of a meeting, usually face-to-face, between the client and ROI UP Group, where we show a series of ideas and proposals for the implementation of customized AI for the specific needs and objectives demanded by the client and its project.

AI Workshop Preparation

First, we ask the client, either in a call or meeting, or by sending a form so that several people can answer the most relevant questions about what may interest them to optimize the project.

These easy-to-answer questions aim to define the scope, functionalities and objectives of possible AI projects.

Whether they have sales, loyalty, brand awareness objectives, which phase of the Customer Journey they want to improve (one, all or some in particular) or the specific context of the company, whether they need one language, several, etc.

For all workshops we analyze what needs we have detected on our side, which may not have been previously considered. We analyze not only aspects such as the web, but also what the competition is doing in the sector, detecting the best examples to follow.

The day of the Workshop

Once the Workshop has been prepared (two to three weeks are needed to prepare it meticulously) a day is scheduled for the meeting, which can be in person or by video call.

First, there is a round of presentations followed by the presentation of a document with ideas, examples, data, images and videos.

As the ideas are presented, the participants, especially on the client’s side, contribute their own vision of it, with comments, suggestions, ideas, or how it could be further adapted to their needs.

At the end we provide some general conclusions. From these, the ideas that best fit the client’s vision and objectives go to another phase in which we elaborate a much more detailed IA proposal, with budget and time estimates.

Our Vision on AI Workshops

No one better than the customer to tell us the problems they may have with data, with measurements, with dashboards, with campaigns or with any other problem where AI can not only improve processes, but take them to a new and much more productive level.

We are proactive. We always look for ways to go beyond the objective needs, finding optimal solutions that fit and enhance your specific technology ecosystem and your current context.

In ROI UP Group we do not believe in standardized solutions with AI, we are very aware that each company is a world, with a different ecosystem of technologies, with very specific objectives and contexts. Therefore, what differentiates us is to make an extra effort to understand our customers very well, in order to develop a strategy and a configuration where the technology adapts to their needs and not the other way around.

Why should I make an AI Wokshop?

To learn how AI could help improve your company’s goals in a tangible and real way, to find out what is being done in your industry internationally, and to come up with new ideas for applying AI and innovation in your internal strategies and processes.

How many people attend the Workshops?

Normally 4 people from the client’s side and 4 people from ROI UP’s side. More assistance is not usually necessary, but we do not like to generalize, each case has specific needs.

What profiles do they usually go for?

Depending on the initial interest; whether it is the Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service department ….. They are usually the director and important people in the area to be worked on.

What is the next step after an AI Workshop?

In case one or more of the ideas offered fit within the client’s objectives and vision, we will elaborate a more detailed proposal, with a defined budget and estimated time frame.

Is the AI Workshop mandatory to request an AI Proposal?

It is not mandatory, you can request a proposal directly.
