A unique experience in efficient racing

First thing in the morning. The Jarama Circuit opens its gates, the latest generation efficient vehicles of Northgate Renting Flexible are on the starting grid, the drivers are arriving at the venue. The Communication Team of Artelier Comunicacion (ROI UP Agency) we are ready for a day full of excitement, experiences and relationships with journalists and the media. The goal? Raise awareness of environmental efficiency and teach safe driving techniques.

Our experience in developing unique events and experiences, as well as all the work we have done months in advance for this competition, position us as favorites in the race. But just like the pilots who participated in the race, we have to be focused to plot every corner perfectly. We also have to be attentive to any unforeseen event that may arise.

Before an event of this magnitude, in order to get on the podium and make all the guests and journalists feel like winners, our work begins months in advance. It does so with a kick-off meeting with Northgate Renting Flexible to focus the day. Just as the drivers and teams plan and study the routes for each professional race, we must set the objectives we want to achieve and the sensations and emotions we want to transmit. Proximity and personalized treatment are key to go one step further in communication, and turn the brand into a love brand.

Once the objective is defined, we start with the previous training. The goal is that all drivers feel like winners and live a unique experience around the world of efficient motoring, with electric and LPG autogas vehicles. Likewise, in order to make the event complete, a test with classic vehicles was designed. In this way, the drivers could check the differences between a latest generation Northgate vehicle and a classic one.

From the PR and Communication Team of Artelier Communication (ROI UP Ageny) we train hard to get ready for the competition. Therefore, we work the databases to invite journalists and meet all information requests . We also manage the participation of a public authority, we prepare the press dossier and the press release to deliver to the media after the day along with the photographic report. In addition, we managed the coordination of the hostesses and staff so that everything was under control.

After coordinating with the host of the event, and with the hard training carried out by the communication partners, we were ready for the big day. The race begins! The first thing is safety. Therefore, after the presentation given by the representatives of Northgate, PSA and the Community of Madrid, a theoretical part was given. Efficient and safe driving techniques with electric vehicles were explained, since the aim of the competition is to reward the driver who reaches the finish line the fastest while consuming the least amount of battery power.

Finally it was time to get behind the wheel of their vehicles. The riders and journalists were eager to put into practice the knowledge they had previously acquired, but the communication team had a surprise in store for them. Gelete Nieto, main team of the Ángel Nieto Team, and the rider Álvaro Bautista, made a surprise appearance . They explained the layout of the circuit and gave instructions and recommendations for the new riders.

Thus, together with two champions, began on this day the efficient races of the hand of Northgate Renting Flexible. We have worked closely with him from our Communication and PR Department. Once again, we managed to make the Green Drivers race a media reference in the sector of safe and efficient driving.
